An 8-year-old, Russian born girl, Virsaviya Borun, who moved to Florida to do with her shifting nations for her heart surgery, after hospitals in her country refused to operate.

The little girl suffers from Pentalogy of Cantrell, a rare congenital condition, which has caused her heart to grow outside her body. Virsaviya’s intestines are also present outside her body because of the disorder, which occurs in an estimated 5.5 in one million live births.
She first came to limelight in 2015 with her heart-touching story instantly going viral.

The 43-second long clip opens with Virsaviya Borun’s heart beating in and out of her chest. Every time, the girl giggles, her heart could be seen pushing out of the chest with a thin layer of skin covering it.
She suffers from Pentalogy of Cantrell, which can cause potentially severe, life-threatening complications. She along with her mother moved to Florida from Russia in hopes of getting the surgery performed after hospitals in her country refused to operate.
They believe the surgery involves a high risk, something which has been the cause of concern for doctors in Boston who have also refused to operate. They cannot perform the surgery because of the “high blood pressure in her pulmonary artery”.
