Tollywood Celebrities Were Issued Notices On Drugs Case
Hyderabad: Tollywood -Telugu Film Industry celebrities including two heroines, were issued notices by Special Task Force (STF) of the prohibition and excise department for substance abuse asking them to appear before them for questioning from 19th to 27th of July.
All of them who were issued notices seems to be in touch with the Drug Racket Kingpin Calvin. A popular News Channels disclosed the list of Celebrities who received notices in connection with the Drug Racket Case.
Hero Ravi teja, popular director Puri Jagannath, heroine Charmi Kaur, Item siren Mumaith Khan, Cinematographer Shyam K Naidu, Subbaraju and art director Chinna are said to be involved in consuming drugs.
As per reports, Excise officials confirmed sending notices to these people and the media house got a copy of the report too. Other heroes like Tarun, Navdeep, Srinivasa Rao, Tanish and actor Nandu also got notices from the Excise Enforcement officials as per the reports.
According to Excise Enforcement officials, there is complete evidence about the involvement of these celebs into doing drugs. And that evidence includes CC TV footages, money transfer proofs and especially the video of a hero’s driver collecting drugs from a peddler.
From 2008, drug monster expanded roots into Tollywood and now it becomes so big that Excise Enforcement officials are shocked big time.
However few big celebrities are trying to attend this meeting in person and informed the Officials that they will send their advocates for the proposed meeting but it is declined by the department.
